We know how important it is to choose the right bed for your child, which is why we have extended the return period to 60 days. We want you to get to know our product better and enjoy it to the fullest. You do not need to justify your decision, but we will appreciate any feedback that helps us improve our products and services.

Return your LANO bed in 5 simple steps:

1. Inform us by email of your intention to return the product
Download the form below, complete it, and send it to biuro@lanomeble.pl or complaint@lanofurniture.com.

2. We will arrange a collection date for the LANO bed
We will inform you on which day we can collect the returned bed. Two days before the agreed date, we will contact you to confirm the exact date and time of collection.

3. Prepare the product for transport
Pack the LANO bed in the same way it was delivered to you. Make sure it is properly protected for transport, preferably in the original LANO packaging.

4. Wait for the collection date
On the agreed day, we will come to collect the bed using our own transport. It is your responsibility to bring the packed product down to the delivery vehicle.

5. You will receive your refund to your bank account
Your money will be refunded to the bank account that you specified earlier in the return form.

1. How can I inform LANO of my intention to return?
You can notify us of your intention to return your LANO bed by sending an email to biuro@lanomeble.pl or complaint@lanofurniture.com.
2. How quickly will I receive a response to my return email?
We will reply to your email within a maximum of 2 days of receipt. Regarding transport, no later than 2 weeks.
3. What information must I provide when returning my LANO bed?
In response to your return email, we will send you a return form containing all the necessary details to complete. Information useful to us includes: order number, name, surname and address.
4. How should I prepare the product for return?
The returned product must be packed and protected for transport in the original LANO packaging.
5. How soon will LANO collect my return?
We will collect the returned product within a maximum of 2 weeks after receiving your completed return form.
6. Will the refund from LANO cover 100% of the order cost?
The refunded amount will not cover the costs of transport and assembly, as these services have already been carried out.
